Pier Concerts 2025
The two events will be free to enjoy.
Saturday 20th September will feature two Americana bands (further details will follow soon), and Sunday 21st September
will host a Celtic theme featuring The Courtiers from Portsmouth and from Yorkshire, Gaelforce.
Savannah Gardner and the Recovering Good Girls

An old soul with an exciting new sound, Savannah Gardner is rewriting the outlaw country genre. Her freewheeling, sometimes gritty, sometimes hauntingly beautiful songs speak to a new generation determined to stand up and be their authentic selves. Her special connection with her audience has earned her the UK AMA’s Live Act of the Year Nomination for 2025 and has won her slots at coveted festivals like Glastonbury, Black Deer Festival, C2C London, The Long Road and more.
Gaelforce

Gaelforce, Yorkshire’s premier Celtic Folk Rock band, delivers a high-energy mix of electrified traditional folk songs, original compositions, and foot-stomping jigs and reels, with highland bagpipes, fiddle, guitar, bass & drums.
Winners of the introducing stage 2023 at the last Great British Folk Festival to an audience of 2000+ by public vote, they have also played at Coast Ibiza Festival, Cropredy Fringe Festival, Ely Folk Festival + more.
The Courtiers

The Courtiers are a Portsmouth based four piece Celtic folk band. They draw on traditional music influences from both sides of the Atlantic to create a lively and eclectic mix of foot-stomping sounds.
Regulars within their local folk scene and various festivals, they are known for their energy, musicianship and entertaining banter (not to mention their secret weapon, the foot-based percussive wizardry that leaves audiences both tapping their feet and scratching their heads!).
Dom Glynn & His Sunday Best

‘What do you get when you have an Englishman from Birmingham, UK, playing the sort of vintage two-steppin' tunes that country's founding fathers would be proud of? The unique and intriguing sound of Dom Glynn & His Sunday Best.’ – (Holler.)
Dom Glynn has spent his twenties making a living playing music in bars around London. How did he begin playing old-school country music when he’s never been to America? Maybe the ghosts of Hank Williams and Johnny Cash are moving him in ways we don’t fully understand. Whatever the reason, he’s very good at it.
