Southdowns Folk Festival Crowdfunding Campaign - Go Fund Me
We have launched our crowding funding campaign via Go Fund Me.
If you're able to support us, we are offering a whole host of rewards in return.

Like so many others we had to postpone our 2020 festival due to the Covid crisis.
As a ‘not for profit’ community event, this has left a large financial hole due to festival set up costs and we would love it if you could help us fill the gap and enable us to make our 2021 festival a real cracker.
The Southdowns Folk Festival is a real community event held in late September and we are now into our 8th year.
The event runs year round out-reach` projects such Making Your Mark (ukulele sessions for mainly older people) and Musical Minds (improving mental health through music).
The Festival includes ticketed headline acts (eg Steve Harley, The Strawbs), an Americana Festival and loads of free things such as the Southdowns Ukulele Festival, dance displays, a Shanty Showdown, markets and loads more.
We need to get back the £1000 of costs that we had to lay out for the postponed 2020 Festival. If you can support us, monies raised will go to making sure our event and outreach projects can survive and get even better.
Your support will be hugely appreciated and will mean we can continue to benefit the community and particular disadvantaged groups within it.
